Stained Glass Seaweed Roundel.
This stained glass seaweed roundel, also known as a rondel, has been hand painted on a subtle streaky teal coloured glass. The traditional stained glass techniques used to create this piece have not changed since medieval times.
The designs for all the seaweed pieces are based on drawings I have made of seaweed found on my local beach. This particular one is based on the beautiful flowing gut weed.
Perfect hung in a window on its own or can be grouped with other pieces from the collection.
