Real Blue Morpho Butterfly Wing Pendant Necklace, 20mm diameter.
This beautiful and unique Blue Morpho butterfly pendant is made using a real butterfly wing. The front of the wing is a stunning iridescent blue which shimmers and changes in hue according to the angle from which it is viewed. The back of the wing resembles foliage, with mottled browns, greys and blacks and reds with very distinctive "eyes", nature's way of protecting them in the wild.
Preserved for all time like relics in reliquaries, this piece is completely reversible as both sides of the butterfly's wing are completely different and equally beautiful.

The wing is encased in 20mm glass cabochons.
